Places That Permit Cell Phones

The state of California allows there schools to have cell phones in school, they say that its an easer way to contact your parents from recent school shootings. Montgomery County school board allows there students to have there cell phones in school, but must be turned off will class is in session. So, Mayor Bloomberg and Chancellor Klein I think we should try it out. That is a start.
